What is a ZIPPED file and how do I UNZIP it?

A zipped file is compressed. Download it using a PC or laptop and just double click.
For tablets and smart phones you’ll need an app.

You can easily download and install the free trial version of winzip from www.winzip.com. after installing just double click on the zip file and the JPG will extract.

Alternatively you can save the zip file in a USB memory stick and take to your printers they will know what to do to get you the prints you want.
