Don’t forget to also send us your reference photographs after you submit the price quote form.

2. VIEW PRICE QUOTE

After considering your photographs and instructions we will email you back with a price quote for the work you are requesting and give you a time frame in which the work would be completed.

3. SIGN WORK AGREEMENT & SEND PAYMENT

If you accept the price quote and want to proceed we will send you a work agreement by email for you to view and sign (electronically). We will also send you an invoice through PayPal for the initial deposit to be paid around the same time as you sign and return the work agreement (by email).

You can pay through PayPal with your credit card (even if you don’t have a PayPal account).

A signed work agreement and 50% of the total price of your project is required for work to begin. The work agreement can be signed and returned online.

The Artwork Creation Process

4. Your artwork will be completed as soon as possible. (The estimated turn around time will be stated in your price quote email.) 

When finished we will email you a watermarked picture of your artwork for your approval.

5. If you are pleased with the artwork we will then send you another invoice through PayPal for the 2nd half of the balance due for you to pay through PayPal.

6. When the FINAL PAYMENT has been received we will send you your final receipt and your artwork will be sent through the mail (USPS First Class or Priority Mail), or you can arrange to pick it up at our location if you live in the San Antonio area.
